Common questions
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
All Divyana subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Divyana, then choose to change tier or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you need help, email support@divyana.ai.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
In the app, open Profile → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't restore, write to us with your Apple ID email and we'll sort it out.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. You can also email support@divyana.ai. All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I update my birth date, time, or place?
Open Profile → Birth Details. Your astrological profile recalculates automatically once you save. Accurate time of birth gives the most precise chart — if you're unsure, our team can guide you.
Why are some of my health metrics missing?
Divyana reads health data with your explicit permission, on iOS only. Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Divyana and make sure each data type you want is enabled. You can also toggle individual data types from Profile → Data Sovereignty in the app.
Is Divyana available on Android or web?
Today, Divyana lives on iOS. Android and web are on the roadmap. If you'd like a heads-up when they're ready, write to us and we'll note your platform.
I found a bug. What's the fastest way to report it?
Email support@divyana.ai with: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device + iOS version (Settings → General → About). A screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot.
Is Divyana medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice?
